By using the EventPark platform (website and mobile app), you agree to the terms of service below. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By using the EventPark website and mobile app, you accept these terms and the applicable legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Accounts that fail to comply with these terms may be restricted or suspended without prior notice.
Full use of the platform requires creating an account and verifying your email address.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
You are responsible for the security of your account, including keeping your password confidential.
The EventPark name, logo, and visual identity belong to EventPark and may not be used without prior written permission.
All content on the site — text, design, and software — is protected by copyright and is the property of EventPark. Except for personal, non-commercial use, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting this content is prohibited.
You may use the site for personal purposes only — to discover events, purchase tickets, attend events, and connect with other attendees.
Collecting content through automated means (bots, scrapers, and the like) is prohibited.
Purchasing a ticket creates a payment obligation for the ticket type and quantity you selected. Payment is processed through a trusted payment provider.
After a successful payment, you receive a unique QR-coded electronic ticket, which is used for event entry.
If you transfer your ticket to someone else, responsibility rests with the transferring party.
Ticket refund and change conditions are set by each event's organizer. Refer to the information on the event page or contact the organizer directly for specific terms.
EventPark facilitates the payment process, but refund decisions are at the organizer's discretion.
Organizers creating events are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide (date, venue, pricing).
Organizers may access attendee information only to manage their own events and may not use this information for any other purpose.
When using networking and messaging features, you are expected to treat other users with respect.
Spam, harassment, threats, or abusive behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You retain ownership of content you share, such as notes, questions, reviews, and ratings, but you grant EventPark a non-exclusive license to display this content within the platform.
Sharing false, abusive, or unlawful content is prohibited.
Unlawful use of the site — including unauthorized ticket resale, account fraud, and access through automated means (bots, spiders) — may result in legal action.
EventPark does not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The platform is provided "as is."
EventPark is not responsible for the quality of third-party organizers' events or their ability to fulfill their obligations.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
